As the EMSUA is primarily a fast pitch association, only fast pitch rules are covered here. Further, only sections of the Softball Canada Official Guide and Rule Book are available for browsing. These sections are provided to foster a better understanding of the game for players, coaches and umpires alike by making it easier to reference rules in both questions and answers, which is particularly useful when used with our Ask An Ump service. However, there is no substitute for the real thing.
