2003 EMSUA Umpire's Clinic
The 2003 EMSUA Umpire's Clinic was another successful workshop with increased enrollment and an excellent staff of instructors. Over the 2 day clinic, new and old umpires were brought up to speed on the latest rule changes, and had a chance to prepare for the new season.
The level 2/3 class read the new rules. A lively discussion was had on the slap hit rule change.
